For Support Emails: Please make sure you include your username, password and email address that you used when your subscription began if it differs from your current email address. We cannot look up your subscription for you if you do not include any of your login or purchase information. It is also helpful to let us know which billing company you used to join.

For Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription online directly with our authorized billing companies: CCBill cancel or Verotel Cancel.

For Custom Requests or email to Ashley: The webmistress will forward any email to Ashley as we can no longer publish her email address in the non-member area (way too much Spam for our lovely to deal with!). Members may use the email address published on Ashley's Diary page to contact her directly!
